January 7, 2012 happen to be one of the days i never regretted attending an impromptu event. I was lucky to have come across information’s on Generation Next Leaders Bootcamp Seminar tagged ‘Fast forward. Purpose. Enterprise. Leadership’ The event took place at Sweet Sensation Multi- Purpose hall Opebi, Ikeja. I decided to attend believing that this information will bring meaning, direction, fulfilment into someone’s life.

Motivation speaker Tomiwa Ogunremi was the host of this life changing event and i commend him for organising a successful seminer. Presently, the public sector is the hightest paid employer of labour and the way to raise generation next leaders and fulfilled individuals in life is when you begun to solve problems, it is when you decide to see yourself as an employer and not an employee, everything on earth exist to solve a particular problem.

No man was born a biological mistake, always remember that each and every one of us are here to solve a puzzle and until you decide to realise what the puzzle is and ways to solve it, you will keep complaining about the situations you find yourself. All you need do is discover your purpose in life which often times is not outside but inside of you, your purpose is that thing you live with, it is that seed which you were born with, it is that idea inside of you that won’t go away, it is your passion that won’t quit, it is that thought that keeps coming. All the millions you need in this world is all inside of you if only you are determined to make a change in your life.

The billionaire’s around the world started from somewhere, take for instance Aliko Dangote, he started his business with five hundred thousand naira, but today, every household makes use of at least one product of Dangote every single day. It is time to bring out that treasure of greatness that your generation needs. But first l’ll like to answer this few questions

When you have the right answer’s to this question’s, fashion out a business and adds value to that business. You can start by adding value to people which often time is the easiest way to make money over and over again. Never forget that whatever business you venture into has to be something you are passionate about. You can offer your ideas as a service oriented or business oriented. Never forget that a journey of a thousand mile starts with a step and time waits for nobody. You can make a change in your life through hardwork, patience, determination and tenacity.
