Photos From “Oxford Gardens” Premiere In London
History was made last night in London as BAFTA ( British Academy of Film & Television Arts ) welcomed the first Nollywood film.
Nigeria leading director, Obi Emelonye premiered his movie ‘Oxford Gardens’ at the UK’s most prestigious private screen, the Princess Anne Theatre set within the *British Academy of Film & Television Arts* headquarters on the world famous Piccadilly roadway.
The cast, crew and guests were glamorously captured by Daniel Sync on the red carpet. See photos.
Amaka Emelonye in beautiful floor length dress and children were also present at the premiere to support their loving daddy and husband.
50th Birthday
Obi Emelonye also confirmed during his introduction of the film that he will be 50 years of age next year and that he is very grateful to God for all the opportunities that has been bestowed on him.
50 Movie Projects
To celebrate his 50th birthday, he will be producing/ directing 50 film projects in partnership with Access Bank of Nigeria.
