The congregation of the Household Of God Church, headed by former pop star turned Pastor, Chris Okotie went stunned when he announced the break-up of his four years marriage to his second wife, Stephanie. The stunned members stood still and speechless for seconds after he dropped the bombshell.

The special service which coincided with the Brethren’s June birthday celebration had Chris Okotie dressed in a white short-sleeve suit when he suddenly drew the attention of the congregation. “Stephanie and I are no longer married. We have separated. You can see she’s not in church today. It’s due to irreconcilable differences and you should please respect our wishes at this time because there is no going back.”
