ABOUT LANRE OLUSOLA

The Catalyst, Lanre Olusola is a Life Coach, Psychologist, Cognitive Behavioural and Emotions Therapist. With years of extensive study spanning the fields of Engineering, Performance Improvement Management, Theology, Science, Human Cognitive Behavioural Psychology, Governance, Organizational Design, Business Transformations and MetaMedicine. Originally trained as an Engineer at the University of Lagos Nigeria, Lanre is a former member of faculty at the Stanford University USA; an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, Boston Massachusetts USA, An ASET and a U.K certified Life coach.

His advanced studies in Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Quantum Physics led him to become an AAMET U.K. Certified Matrix Re-imprinting Practitioner and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Therapist. Having worked extensively in Nigeria, across Africa and other parts of the world in various capacities with organizations such as the World Bank, the UK Government through the DFID and The British Council, Ericsson, Total, Argentil Capital, EbonyLife TV, GTBank, First Bank Plc, Stanbic IBTC, FCMB, The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), the Nigerian Government and more, Lanre has been able to impart exceptional problem solving, motivational, human developmental, leadership and management skills to his clients.

Also known as the Love Doctor for his impressive work in Love and relationships, Lanre is the Chief Catalyst and Founder of West Africa’s first wholly Coaching Academy, the Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy (OLCA) and the Impressions Management Consulting (IMC). He provides coaching services to Individuals and Organizations.
