Mo Abudu’s New Movie; “The Wedding Party” Set To Hit The Cinema

Popular TV personality, Mo Abudu will release another hit movie titled The Wedding Party, a drama and romantic comedy film directed by Kemi Adetiba. The movie which tells the story of the Shenanigans that go on during the planning of a wedding in Nigeria will be premiered in Toronto on the 8th September 2016 and will be released in cinemas on 16th December 2016 in Lagos Nigeria.the wedding party

Dunni a 24 year old art gallery owner and only daughter of her parents, Engineer Bamidele and Mrs Tinuade Coker, is about to marry the Love of her life, IT entrepreneur Dozie the handsome son of Felix and Obianuju Onwuka. The couple who are looking forward to a ground-breaking first night took a vow of chastity. Between matchmaking attempts on the bridal train, a wedding planner on a mission to succeed the unruly behaviour of some ‘village’ guests much to Tinuade’s horror. Dunni’s uncertainty about her husband’s faithfulness during the time of their  courtship , amidst colourful asoebi, eclectic music, small chops and souvenir drama, we begin to wonder whether Dunni and Dozie will get through their wedding reception unscathed.

The film Directed by Kemi Adetiba is produced by ELFIKE Film Collective, a partnership of movie makers in Nigeria: Ebonylife Films, Filmone Distribution, Inkblot Productions and Koga Studios respectively.

The film feature the likes of Adesuwa Etomi Banky W, Richard Mofe Damijo (RMD), Sola Sobowale, Zainab Balogun Wonu, Enyinna Nwigwe, Alibaba Akporobome among others.

    I am so waiting for these movie to be out,i have been telling all my friends at fss in unison to get ready, love the trailer of this movie and these is the 2nd Nigerian movie I will watch in cinema.
