Snoop Dogg’s mother, Beverly Tate, dies at 70

The mother of legendary rapper, Snoop Dogg has died. Beverly Tate’s death was confirmed by her son on his Instagram account on Sunday as he revealed the sad news to his 65.2 million followers.

The rapper posted two sweet tributes to Beverly, with the first being an image of the pair. He wrote alongside it: “Mama thank u for having me.”

In the second, which was a shot of his mum smiling, the California Gurls singer, 50, wrote: “Thank u god for giving me an angel for a mother TWMA.”

A cause of death is yet to be revealed.
