Segun Ogunsanya is ‘Telecom CEO of The Year’

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Airtel Nigeria, Mr. Segun Ogunsanya, has emerged the ‘Telecom CEO of The Year’ at the Nigerian Telecoms Award 2014 held on Saturday 20th September in Lagos.

Mr. Ogunsanya was one of the CEOs nominated in the award category of this year’s Nigerian Telecom Awards which is the 10th edition. At the event which held at the Incubator Event Centre, Oniru, VI, Lagos, Airtel Nigeria also won award as the ‘Most Customer Friendly Network.’

The 2014 Nigerian Telecoms Award night was graced by prominent individuals such as former Minister of Sports, Chief Alex Akinyele; former Ogun State Governor, Otunba Gbenga Daniel; Executive Director, Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), Hon. Lola Edewor among other notable personalities.
