Senator -Elect Adeola Preaches Peace At Easter

The Senator –Elect for Lagos West Senatorial District and Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Public Account, Hon. Solomon Adeola has called on the people of Lagos West Senatorial district to continue to remain peaceful and progressive as they exhibited during the just concluded Presidential and National Assembly elections in the spirit of Easter.

In his Easter message, Hon. Adeola said the season symbolizes a new beginning of hope and redemption for all mankind adding that he is grateful for his constituents for generally maintaining peace during the just concluded election in spite of serial provocations and even violent attacks on him and some of his supporters adding that as a Christian he will never indulge in or encourage violent as his opponents and opposition party did during the Presidential and National Assembly elections.

The senator elect said that the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ give all mankind hope of a new beginning and a better future stressing that the nation of Nigeria is at the threshold of a new and better beginning toward greatness.

He called on Lagosians to continue to remain peaceful as the head toward the Governorship and State Assembly election adding that he is hopeful that Lagosians will do the right thing by voting for continuity of good governance that is ongoing in Lagos State in place of voting in a masochistic manner that will harm the interest of all Lagosians in the new dispensation.
