Social Media and Your Wedding!

Heres how an event manager incorporated social media into a clients wedding..

So I’ve been thinking for a while now, what  happens to your hashtag trends after and before your wedding??? How can we infuse your Hashtag post into your wedding?? And Booom! This dropped into my mind.  So we decided to use all the post and Feeds of Anyone who posted on the Hashtag #Fsiloveyou before the wedding day as their Table Place Cards, So you don’t have to be on social media to know what’s going on if you attended the event , just look at the place cards right in front of you and other tables to get the full gist and juice. So it was a pleasant surprise to all the fantastic people and blogs who posted pics  are in the above pic or so amongst other post ….it was also a way of bringing all the blogs into your wedding.

So you can imagine people sat on a table and saw their post and was pleasantly shocked like “waaaat! ?? I remember a couple of people looked for me and hugged me, saying they Loved it….It made them feel special and part of the wedding ,one of our Mummies saw her daughter’s post on her own table where she sat,she didn’t even tell me at first, she quickly took a pic and sent it to her daughter before she came for the event at home saying ‘Look what I found…Your post..I love it….But me I have taken it o, will put it on my desk in the office ?????? #nochill lol #mothersilove

It was also a good platform for the vendors who posted, some got a minimum of 2 serious enquiries on the spot….I mean, with that Calibre of guest, you will be happy you did. (I look out for our vendors)

And ofcuz, for the people who saw their post on a place card took it home and promised to frame and cherish it….Lol it was that deep. Etc One of my friends took the @bellanaijaweddings and @weddingdigest place cards home #Everyonehadnochill #ourideasarehitsmakers #theysellout

So next time when we start the countdown to ur friends wedding or otherwise (blogs),Post /Repost the pictures,You never know what am to.Our ideas are straight from deep meditation with the Holy spirit, you can’t Find them on Google.
