The royal entrance of a bride has Sparked controversy in Instagram.

Here’s what a writer posted about the entrance of the bride

‘Royalty is life and fun, and my grandma thinks it is a privilege but to me, LIFE itself is a privilege and not where fate fits you into.

I am Yoruba, born and garnished with the blood of Ekiti and Osun and I love my culture, I appreciate royalty too but WHAT IN THE NAME OF MOREMI/EVE IS THIS?

A princess of Otta! In this age?

Hell NO!

Royalty is leadership, power, sacrifice and living the lives of every of your citizen in one being. There should be privileges for all the pain attached to royalty no doubt but this is ABSURD.

For how much are they paid to go through this pain of bearing iron plus human weight? All to make an entrance but would it not be the same when she walks in with pomp amidst smiling and satisfied palace guards?

The social class apartheid is real and the lower class seems to be at the losing end. But a day will come when the same fate befalls the oppressed and the oppressor.

Born poor or rich, free or bond, all men are the same and if you can’t make life easier, don’t make it harder.

White man oppression has ended and we are suppose to heal our hurts and save our lands but here we are adding salt to our injuries.

Royalty or not, that’s how they will finally get married and say an arm of flesh is beating her in the dream.’
