Popular Nigerian singer and songwriter, Sound Sultan, has been diagnosed with throat cancer.

According to our findings, Sound Sultan is currently battling for his life and has since commenced chemotherapy in one of the hospitals in the United States of America. His fans has taken to social media to show support and pray for him.
